Signage

Implementation of directional signage throughout the JFK Airport campus for TWA Hotel. Coordination and communication between MCR Creative team, JFK terminal managers, New York and New Jersey Port Authority and signage vendor was required for accuracy. Pitch decks and mock ups were presented to senior executives at MCR prior to installation for review.

Density Sensors

Execution of 36 density sensors throughout TWA Hotel. Project managed all aspects of installation, ensuring strategic placement to properly collect traffic flow data on property. Creation of custom reporting dashboards for each hotel department to accurately analyze the collected data and optimize hotel operations.

Enhanced hotel’s gym revenues, cultivating innovative promotional strategies, doubling membership capacity, and minimizing monthly expenses, thus increasing monthly gym profitability (15%)
